The Fermentation Process

The process is performed under controlled conditions, using a carefully selected blend of lactic acid bacteria that:

  • converts the sugar into lactic acid, resulting in a product that is 99% sugar free
  • retains antioxidants by removing oxygen during fermenting as well as packaging
  • creates shorter, more soluble molecules 


This process ultimately changes the structure, creating a bio active concentrated elixir with Turmeric, Australian Lemon Myrtle, Black Pepper and Ginger OR Blueberry, Papaya, Macqui Berry, Acai Berry, Goji Berry and Aloe Vera. The elixir contains 6 Billion good bacteria measured by NKCA compared to a 25Billion pure probiotic.
